ISO 9001 Registered. From 9th October 2017. To 8th October 2020.
This week, on 9th October 2017, H Reis TR Limited has been awarded ISO 9001 certification. This means that the quality management systems of H Reis TR Limited have been assessed and approved by QMS International Ltd to ISO 9001:2015.

H Reis recognises the importance of quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015. We chose QMS International as our certification assessors because they are a globally recognised company that is devoted to building relationships with their clients.
We are always looking for ways to improve our quality and ISO 9001 is another step in the right direction to becoming a better and improved company.

ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognized Quality Management System. It belongs to the ISO 9000 family of quality management system standards, and helps organizations to meet the expectations and needs of their customers, amongst other benefits.
An ISO 9001 quality management system helps us to continually monitor and manage quality across all our operations, and outlines ways to achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance and service.

We are regularly notified about changes to standards, including updates on specific standards, ensuring that our standards never become out of date.
Suppliers have a duty to keep their customers up-to-date, especially regarding delivery times. That’s why communication between a supplier and their customers is so important. Communication is key to achieving project deadlines. Communication also makes for a happy and appreciated customer. That’s why we developed the H Reis Production Schedule. It helps us keep customers up-to-date with accurate information.
A H Reis Production Schedule is a document that contains a list of all your open orders with H Reis TR Limited. It contains key information such as order numbers, product dimensions, status descriptions and most importantly, delivery dates.
Every Monday and Wednesday, after our production meetings, the H Reis servers generate a production schedule for every customer with an open order. These schedules are sent to email addresses of your choosing. This means you are constantly kept up to date with the products location, and what’s happening to it within our factory. And it all appears directly within your email inbox!
If you currently have an open order with us, you should already be receiving these schedules from us. However if the previous is true, and you’re not receiving these schedules, you can contact us here and we’ll include you in your companies schedule updates.
Performing a surface roughness test.
Surface roughness, often shortened to roughness, is a component of surface texture. It is quantified by the deviations in the direction of the normal vector of a real surface from its ideal form. If the deviations are large, the surface is rough; if they are small, the surface is smooth.
Roughness plays an important role in determining how a real object will interact with its environment. Rough surfaces usually wear more quickly and have a higher coefficient of friction than smooth surfaces. A chrome plated product will, typically, have a very low coefficient of friction.
The mean roughness (roughness average Ra) is the arithmetic average of the absolute values of the roughness profile ordinates. Ra is one of the most effective surface roughness measures, commonly adopted in general engineering practices. This is because it gives a good general description of the height variations in the surface.

H Reis recently invested in developing a new quality system that will track all orders and quality processes throughout the company. We are using the latest technology such as iPads and bar code scanners to build a modern and reliable system for years to come.
Example of our identification labels
All our products are dispatched with identification labels; such as the one shown to the right. These labels identify our quality processes, dimensions, cast/heat number, weight and customer name. This ensures traceability throughout our factory and during delivery.
The identification numbers shown on our labels are traceable through our packing lists, inspection records and invoices. This makes tracking items and identifying costs very simple tasks.

When your goods are collected from our factory you will receive a digital signed packing list. This packing list will identify all the products collected, vehicle registration, drivers name, date and time, and a signature from the driver.
All this information will give you peace of mind when collecting high value goods. The collected information will also help you track your items during transit.
