We chose QMS International as our certification assessors because they are a globally recognised company that is devoted to building relationships with their clients.

Knowing where your projects are along the production line can be difficult at the best of times. However, if you’re using REIS Chrome, this isn’t a problem you should consider. All of our orders are tracked throughout the factory from start to finish. We do this using our unique tagging system. Each tag has a unique identification number which is linked to your processing instructions.
Furthermore, Production Schedules are sent out every Monday morning informing you where your products are and what stage they are in. This saves time and makes for an easy production meeting with your colleagues.

Paper-based systems are slow, time consuming and outdated. That’s why at REIS Chrome we prefer to keep things more 21st century. Everything from tracking orders to dispatching goods is done using the latest technology. We use tablets around the factory to deal with problems where it counts most.
One example of our paperless systems is how you will receive our packing lists. After your order is dispatched from our factory, the vehicle driver will sign and timestamp for the goods. After this is completed and photos of the vehicle have been taken, the packing list along with the pictures will be sent to your preferred email address. This lets you know everything about your important collection; right down to the driver’s name.

Having a first-class quality system doesn’t mean anything if our records and inspection equipment aren’t kept in order. That’s why at REIS Chrome we inspect all our equipment regularly to ensure everything is working and correct down to the micro-inch. Whats more these assessments go beyond our inspection equipment to include machinery, electrical items, cranes, chrome solution and more.
