Typically we produce all polished products to < 0.4ym Ra. Smoother surface finishes can be achieved upon request to produce readings such as 0.1ym Ra and 0.2ym Ra.

About Centreless Polishing

Centreless polishing is a machining process that uses fine abrasive cutting to polish the surface material of a workpiece. The workpiece is secured between two rotary wheels, and the speed of their rotation relative to each other determines the smoothness of the final surface finish reading.
